Day One

For the Youngsters.

Weather - Cloudy skies and a little bit of english drizzle in the afternoon.. Quite miserable but bright. At lunchtime the weather should pick up around lunch time.
We recommend fleeces and coats, especially for early classes and afternoon ones..

Warm-up - Hacking trails will be open all day. Each hack is approx 20 minutes. South East Outdoor Ring open

10:00am - 11:30am ~ My First Pony
Large Grass Ring
Formal attire for both Child and Pony
Pony must be 15hh or under
Child must be 10 and under

The Child will take their pony around the Grass ring, they must go round the obstacles and get on and off their pony with ease. Thet must be able to trot. The course is very easy and for those who have very little expierience riding
Judged out o 50, Random number from 1-25, the next 25 points based on:
+5 points for appropriate background
+5 points for appropriate attire
+15 points for creativity (make it fun and exciting, costume and cuteness)



12.00pm - 01.30pm ~ Lunchtime
BBQ with ice cream stalls.
Picnic tables in the meadow.
Feel free to bring pack lunches.

All arenas are free for personal training. But also training with new friends and old friends.

Horse and Rider must compete against the clock to complete the obstacle race, but keep in mind, rushing will lead to mistakes
> Dolly Parton Race

Entrants will lope or canter by posts with bras of various sizes hung by the straps and grab a bra. Bras have water balloons in the cups, filled with various amounts of fullness (some will be ready to burst, and others will be smaller and less likely to do so). Riders must then take their bras and balloons across the finish line (one hand on reins, other hand holding the bra out to the side of the pair). Those who make it across first and with both balloons win, obviously. If you make a mistake, don't grab a bra as you pass, or lose any of your balloons to bursting or falling out of your bra, you must return to the starting line, and make a pass at another bra. All candidates must be over 14.


Mini FUN ShowJumping

In large showjumping arena.
A show jumping course set up for the more advanced of rider. We wouldn't recommend young or beginner horses entering. It's set up with some really interesting 'crazy' jumps. these with test your horse's mind and build up their courage. Jumps with range between 1 to 1,60 of height. An obstacle list will be uploaded soon.

+ 10 for right clothing (appropriate formal) and right tack.

02:30pm - 06:00pm ~ Fancy Dress Ball
In the Indoor Arena
Dress Up in your favourite and craziest costume
its a dressage show, the movements will be beginners (we'll be looking at your costume mor ethan your dressage...)
there is a small jump, but, its small.

Wearing a wonderfull costume, you must walk around the arena then finally jump over the 70cm Obstacle in the middle (so make sure your costume will be able to jump in)
Judged for theh most creative and funniest costume.

06:30pm - 08:00pm ~ Closing Ceremony and Gala Dinner
Closing Cermony in the Outdoor arena. All entrants can sit in the sheltered sitting stadium.
Well have a exciting show display with fireworks and our stable's best horses and tricks
Then there will be a Gala dinner to close the event.
Formal dress.

> Registration Is  NOT a must. If you do, send me a note with title of "The Autumn Horse Show" with a link to your horse, name of horse and rider and the class. Please refrain from multiple notes
> Appropriate tack is required in all classes. English/Dressage saddle, bridle, halter. Etc.
>Entries must show at least 50% of the Horse
>No line art, tracing and heavily stocked. keep it original.
>Keep weather in mind
> if you have read the rules, write Mitzuki is so awesome in the comments
>Small Story is required, i repeat SMALL
>You can have up to 4 horses in the same class
>You cannot use the same rider twice in 1 class
>There is no limit to how many classes 1 particular horse can enter

Further Necessities:

My First Pony
-Child must be wearing show attire and horse in english tack
-Horse must be drawn moving, at a relaxed walk or trot.
-Horse's hair can be braided, loose, what ever floats your boat

Horse/Pony Halter
-Horse must be in appropriate show halter
-Handler is optional
-Horse must be drawn standing in the appropriate show stance, or at a relaxed walk or trot

Mini Show-Jumping
-Appropraiate attire, dark jacket, light jods, dark boot and a HELMET. no harsh tack please.
-A country flag is optional, sometimes it looks really nice and professional

Fancy Dress Ball
-Both Rider and Horse must have some sort of costume
-Can be drawn, jumping over a 90 cm jump, walking, trotting or cantering.

Closing Ceremony
-You do not have to draw any of your characters at the closing ceremony but you CAN draw them in the large setting area looking at the show.-

Gala Dinner
-Pictures of the hall will be put up later
-Formal attire. But nothing White or Gold as all the associating stables's staff will be in white and gold.

How we will be judging

we all have different classes which will be deided later. The score is out of 100, some points will be a random picked number by random.org, the rest will be based on how you have listened to the rules and been as creative as you can

Prizes!

Digital Ribbons for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, the rest of prizes will be hosen. If anyone want to help out with any prizes they would be very appreciated.

OTHER
We will be doing a raffle prize(random draw of all people entered) in the show to win two certain horses (will be chosen soon) . .Of course, if you win and you are uninterested I will simply re-draw a name and they will be the winners. Everyone has a fair shot. Despite how many official entries in the competition your name will only be entered once.
